Conveyancing Personal Assistant

About the business:

CRA Legal are representing an established, high street law firm with an office in Barnsley. Our client is a full service law firm which offers a range of legal services.

If successful, you will perform the following role as a Personal Conveyancing Assistant:
  1. Setting up and dealing with completions.
  2. Chasing exchange of contracts.
  3. Corresponding with third parties and clients.
  4. Using the case management system.
  5. Document management and creation.
  6. Handling client telephone calls, enquiries and requests.
  7. Dealing with incoming emails and post and replying to correspondence as appropriate.
To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
  1. Conveyancing experience.
  2. Administrative/ Personal Assistant experience.
  3. Degree in Law or similar.
  4. Good telephone manner.
  5. Good typing skills.
  6. Strong interest in property and conveyancing.
  7. Highly organised.
