The Role:
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist in managing a caseload of residential property transactions, providing essential support to fee earners. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that prides itself on providing excellent client service and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting with residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  2. Drafting legal documents, conducting title checks, and preparing contracts.

  4. Supporting fee earners with case management and administrative duties.
  5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies.
