Job description

I have been instructed by a fantastic firm based in Telford that is looking to add a conveyancing paralegal to their friendly and highly regarded residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paralegal who is looking to step up and take on greater responsibility by assisting an experienced solicitor with the more complex legal side of the conveyancing process.

The successful candidate will be working directly with a senior fee-earner and will enjoy fantastic 121 training and development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, ambition and the intention to qualify in the not too distant future.

A typical caseload that the successful candidate will be dealing with includes:

  1. Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
  2. New Build matters
  3. Transfers
  4. Remortgages
  5. Lease extension
  6. First registration

This is a perfect opportunity for a paralegal that is looking to join a friendly team and become a fee earner in their own right in the near future under supervision from an experienced solicitor, and a leadership team dedicated to the development and progression of their employees.
