My client, a small yet busy high street law firm close to Solihull, is seeking to appoint a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its team. You will undertake all general residential conveyancing work alongside the Partner. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a genuine work-life balance within a small and supportive family-friendly environment.

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support the solicitor in handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with secretarial support. This will include sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages, with a view to handling your own small caseload of files. Training will be provided.

My client is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal local to the Solihull area, with a few years’ experience supporting within conveyancing.
