TSR Legal is working with a well-established law firm in Gloucestershire that is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal looking to develop their career in a supportive and client-focused environment.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will:

1. Assist legal practitioners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.
2. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
3. Prepare legal documents, including contracts, reports, and completion statements.
4. Support compliance processes, including ID and Source of Funds checks.
5. Draft invoices, manage financial records, and maintain accurate case files.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal (preferred).
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
• IT proficient with experience using case management systems.
