About the Firm:

Our client is a traditional yet forward-moving legal practice with a team of ten professionals, including two directors, two paralegals, and dedicated support staff. This firm values a positive work environment where colleagues enjoy working together while delivering excellent legal services.

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will play a key role in providing secretarial and administrative support. This role goes beyond standard dictation typing—you’ll need to understand legal processes, manage files, and work independently when required. While the primary focus is residential conveyancing, knowledge of commercial property is advantageous but not essential.

About You:

You will have residential conveyancing secretarial experience and a solid overall knowledge of the conveyancing process. Some commercial property experience would be advantageous. This conveyancing secretary opportunity would suit a local candidate from around the Aldridge/Walsall area who values a stable and friendly working environment—a team player who can seamlessly fit into a small and supportive law firm.

On Offer:

1. Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 (depending on experience)
2. Holidays: Four weeks of annual leave + bank holidays + an extra day off after three bank holidays
3. Christmas Break: Office closed for the whole of Christmas
4. Parking: On-site parking available for employees
