This is what you'll be doing

As a Legal Assistant in the Conveyancing team, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Assisting with client matters, conducting legal research, and drafting documents in the Conveyancing department.
• Managing incoming calls and correspondence, preparing billing files, and prioritising tasks effectively.
• Providing exceptional service to clients, supporting them through challenging legal processes while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Ensuring compliance with legal standards and Solicitors Accounts Rules.

The experience you'll bring to the team

You will bring the following experience to the Conveyancing team:

• Proven experience in drafting legal documents, ideally in Conveyancing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong administrative capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage varied workloads effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
