This is what you'll be doing

As a Legal Assistant in the Conveyancing team, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Assisting with client matters, conducting legal research, and drafting documents in the Conveyancing department.
2. Manage incoming calls and correspondence, prepare billing files and prioritising tasks effectively.
3. Provide exceptional service to clients, supporting them through challenging legal processes demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
4. Ensure compliance with legal standards and Solicitors Accounts Rules.

The experience you'll bring to the team

You will bring the following experience to the Conveyancing team:

1. Proven experience in including drafting legal documents, ideally in Conveyancing.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong administrative capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage varied workloads effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
