Conveyancing Legal Assistant

A growing law firm in south London is looking for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join its team.

You will get good exposure to conveyancing cases and eventually be able to start running your own caseload of residential conveyancing files.

In this Conveyancing Legal Assistant role, you will support a fee-earner with their post completion duties as well as other administration tasks.

Matters you will assist with include:

1. Freehold and Leasehold
2. Sales and Purchases
3. Remortgages
4. First time buyers

Minimum Requirements:

1. Have at least 1 year’s experience assisting with residential conveyancing matters in a law firm
2. Live within a commutable distance of south London

As the ideal Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will have experience with post completions matters – however, this is not essential as training will be provided.

Those with experience as a Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary are encouraged to apply.
