£65,000 - £75,000 Base DOE + additional 12.5% performance bonus

An established and growing law firm is looking for an experienced Head of Conveyancing to lead their residential property team. This role has opened due to an increasing workload, offering the opportunity to manage a strong team while still handling a varied caseload of transactions.

The Role

1. Overseeing the day to day management of the conveyancing department
2. Handling a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
3. Providing guidance and mentorship to the team
4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies
5. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, and referrers

What We're Looking For

1. Solicitor, or Legal Executive with strong residential property experience
2. Proven ability to manage and mentor a team
3. A confident leader with excellent client management skills
4. Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle complex transactions
