Job Description

Are you a Residential Conveyancer looking to make a move to a new role in Lincoln? We are working with a firm who have offices across the East Midlands and have a fantastic local and national presence!

Joining the Residential Conveyancing team, you would be tasked with a full caseload covering:

1. Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
2. Re-mortgaging
3. Transfers of equity
4. Buy to let
5. Lease extensions

The firm is looking for someone who can hit the ground running dealing with a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload but is open in terms of qualification. Whether you are a Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or a Fee Earner qualified through experience, I would urge you to apply.
