A seasoned local firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to bolster its growing team based in South Manchester.
This firm is a prestigious leader within the property field, providing a wide range of conveyancing services including sale and purchases, new build, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, and shared ownership schemes. With 5 partners and over 90 staff working with private individuals and companies.
You will have gained at least 2 years’ experience of managing your own caseload of ideally around 60-70 files. You would have had experience ordering searches and conducting title checks, as well as being skilled with using case management systems in the conveyancing process.
Please note I am also open to speaking with Qualified and Licensed Conveyancers due to further positions open within the team. Salary is dependent upon experience.
