Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal – Sheffield

Full-Time | Legal 500 Firm | 1+ Year Experience

A highly respected Legal 500 firm in Sheffield is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a CQS-accredited department handling a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers.

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide crucial support to Fee Earners, ensuring transactions progress efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the progression of residential conveyancing transactions
  • Managing and maintaining conveyancing files in line with CQS compliance protocols
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
  • Drafting standard documents and handling post-completion work

You will have:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar Conveyancing role
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring files are maintained accurately
