Job Description

Calling all Residential Conveyancing Assistants in Lincolnshire! I have been instructed on an exciting new role with a regional Law Firm who are recruiting for their Market Rasen or Lincoln office. If you have experience within a conveyancing environment and are on the lookout for a fresh new role, this could be the one for you.

Joining an experienced Residential Conveyancing team with a wealth of experience, the role will involve working closely with the head of department on sales and purchases, new leases, lease extensions, remortgage and equity release. You will be assisting across the full remit of conveyancing, and in time may be able to work your way up to taking on your own cases.

Our client envisages that the successful candidate will have experience working as a residential conveyancing assistant previously. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are a must. You should also be an enthusiastic team player with initiative and the ability to solve problems effectively.
