Conveyancing Assistant – Doncaster

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join one of the most respected law firms as it expands into its new office in Doncaster.

Role Overview:

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide crucial support to the Conveyancers, assisting with a busy caseload of sale and purchase transactions. This client-focused position is ideal for a professional and driven individual with previous experience in conveyancing who is eager to take the next step in their legal career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening new files and entering instructions into the Case Management system, generating relevant letters and documents
  • Keeping the Case Management system updated throughout the transaction
  • Issuing contracts on sale files and assisting with replies to enquiries
  • Ordering property searches
  • Handling exchanges and associated paperwork
  • Setting up completions
  • Preparing and issuing mortgage reports to clients

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant is essential
