Job description

A leading national firm in the South-West is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Real Estate Group.

The role will focus on supporting the relevant team and provide individuals and businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions and will include the following:

  • Managing caseloads and providing crucial administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Providing a high-level support service for the team, by helping it meet its overall targets.
  • Amend and collate letters with enclosures adhering to deadlines and securing appropriate signoffs from relevant Lawyers.
  • Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, promptly addressing correspondence, calls, and emails.
  • Handle various post-completion tasks, progressively taking on more responsibility for deadlines.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous conveyancing experience and an understanding of conveyancing procedures. In addition, you must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
