Solicitor (NQ – 6 Years' PQE) – Private Client/Property – Inverness

Are you a skilled Solicitor with a passion for Private Client and Property law? We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with NQ to 6 years' PQE to join a leading practice in Inverness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling a diverse range of conveyancing matters, including residential transactions, rural conveyancing, landed estates and crofting law
2. Managing private client work such as wills, executries and powers of attorney
3. Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy
4. Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services and contribute to the firm's growth
5. Participating in business development activities and networking to support the firm's client-centric approach

Requirements:

1. Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 6 years' PQE in Private Client or Property law
2. Experience in either commercial property or private client during your traineeship is advantageous
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
4. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
5. A proactive and client-focused approach to work
6. Comfortable with managing a variety of work and supporting business development activities
7. Understanding of financial disciplines required at your level
