Position Overview
As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in providing a comprehensive service to the firm's diverse client base and you will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring timely and efficient completion. The role also offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and work on a variety of properties, from new builds to flats and listed buildings.

Responsibilities

1. Handle a range of matters, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, right to buy, and shared ownership
2. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
3. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other relevant parties
4. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices

Requirements

1. Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer
2. Strong background in residential conveyancing
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy team environment
5. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
6. Commitment to providing exceptional client service
