Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 DOE

We are looking for a skilled and motivated New Build Conveyancer to join our clients growing team in Portsmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer with a passion for new build transactions and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a full caseload of new build property transactions from inception to completion
2. Liaising with developers, clients, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
3. Handling the legal aspects of new build sales, including drafting contracts and dealing with enquiries
4. Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines

Ideal Candidate:

1. Previous experience handling new build conveyancing matters is essential
2. Strong knowledge of residential property law and new build processes
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills
4. Ability to work efficiently and manage a busy caseload
