Conveyancer / Legal Executive (New Build) - Yorkshire

Location: North, South or West Yorkshire

Salary: Very Competitive (DOE)

An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancer / Legal Executive with 2+ years of experience to join a well-established legal firm, providing a comprehensive range of legal services for individuals and businesses alike.

In this role, you will manage client matters from initial instructions to completion and archiving, adhering to office and account procedures.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing advice based on client instructions and preparing necessary documentation.
  2. Processing billing and securing payments due from clients and other parties.
  3. Occasionally supervising and guiding other team members.
  4. Staying updated with legal knowledge and conveyancing skills.

What we are looking for:

  1. Previously worked as a Conveyancer, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
  2. Possess 2+ years' experience.
  3. Experience in handling freehold and leasehold transactions with minimal supervision.
  4. Comprehensive understanding of technical conveyancing processes.
  5. Knowledge of the Solicitors Code of Conduct.
  6. Skilled in Windows, Word, and Excel.
