Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their team in Essex. This leading law firm has been providing comprehensive legal services to a wide range of clients across the country for a number of years, and they are dedicated to providing an excellent service and achieving positive client outcomes.

Position Overview
As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in managing the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion. You will work closely with clients, estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process while maintaining the firm's high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion
• Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements
• Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities to obtain relevant information
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years PQE
• Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer or in a similar role within the property sector
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
