Job Title: Conveyancer

Location: Tamworth - Up to 3 days working from home

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Benefits: £300 bonus (monthly), Holidays, Pension

The Role:
As a Conveyancer, you will be an integral part of the team, providing expert legal advice and services throughout the conveyancing process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take the next step in their career and join a forward-thinking, growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
2. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions.
3. Conduct property searches, draft contracts, and handle all associated legal documentation.
4. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards throughout each case.
5. Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients, keeping them updated at every stage of the process.
6. Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Previous experience as a Conveyancer (residential and/or commercial).
2. Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
4. Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and accurately.
5. Ideally, qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (though not essential for the right candidate).
