Conveyancer

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential / Commercial Conveyancer to join our clients growing team based in the Stockport area!

Our client is a reputable legal firm currently going through a period of exciting expansion looking for their next hire.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be working as part of our clients fast paced conveyancing team responsible for:

1. Managing the legal aspects of residential / commercial property sales, purchases and transfers
2. Prepare and review contracts
3. Transferring deeds
4. Manage / review mortgage documents and related paperwork
5. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and local authorities
6. Address any legal issues and move to solve as quickly as possible
7. Ensure all the relevant parties are kept up to date in a timely manner
8. Oversee the exchange of contracts, completion of transactions and registration with the land registry.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Hybrid working may also be an option for the right candidate, allowing you to work 2 days from home each week should that be required.

Pay:

£50,000 - £65,000 per year basic salary + a bonus structure.

Experience / qualifications required:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced conveyancer with at least 2 years experience in probate. You'll also need to be fully qualified in conveyancing (Solicitor, CILEX qual or a licensed conveyancer).
