Conveyancer

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an expanding law firm based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking a Conveyancer to join their team.

If you have experience in Conveyancing as a paralegal or a qualified Solicitor and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role pays a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities of the Conveyancer:

• Preparing and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and other property-related legal documents
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage lenders, real estate agents, and local authorities
• Keeping clients informed throughout the transaction process.

About you as a Conveyancer:

• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• At least 3 years experience in conveyancing.
