Opportunity: Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Fee-Earning Paralegal
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is looking for an experienced conveyancer to join its growing property team. This is an opportunity to handle high-quality work in a supportive and flexible environment that genuinely values work/life balance.
The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The firm is committed to a client-focused approach, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running a full conveyancing caseload of approximately 30 files from instruction to completion
- Conducting title investigations and preparing legal documents
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
- Working collaboratively within the wider property team
What We Are Looking For:
- A qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee-Earning Paralegal
- Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
