Hybrid: 3 days in our Paddington offices, 2 days working from home

Contract type: Permanent, full time (5 days)
Working hours: 40 hours a week including a paid lunch hour. Flexible start (between 8am and 10am and finish (between 4pm and 6pm) times.

Our team in the UK has grown to more than 40 people and we're not stopping there, we're looking for a superstar Conversion Rate Optimisation & Website Manager to maximise online conversions and customer experience on the MOTH website.
You will create and lead the CRO strategy including A/B onsite content testing, including hypothesis generation, implementation, and results analysis optimising customer conversion funnels.
You will also manage the technical aspects of our websites and lead on onsite experience, planning and deploying all onsite content in line with brand values and with a focus on increasing conversion and sales across user segments.
