Our Gainsborough site produce high quality print film solutions for suppliers of packaged food to many of the major supermarkets in the UK.
Your key responsibilities include:
Converting Large Master Reels to Smaller Reels as per customer specification & requirements.
Setting up and operating the slitting machine safely and correctly to slit the film to the correct customer specification.
Producing QA samples for internal and external checking.
Following and adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures and Works Instructions relevant to the department.
Adhering to health and safety, and hygiene rules at all times.
Fulfilling any other duties as may be identified by the Line Manager.
Ensuring that quality product is produced in a timely manner.
Maintaining a tidy and safe working area and machine.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday Working (Seasonal Saturdays paid as overtime apply in May, June & July)
We operate an alternating 3 shift rotation consisting of 36 hours days, 36 hours nights, and 48 hours mixed days and nights.
12 hour days (6-6) and 12 hour nights (6-6) averaging 40 hours per week.
