Salary - £55k Basic. Earn £75K (with Overtime & Travel Allowances)

About the Role - You will join a £27M turnover business that actively fosters a supportive environment and provides assistance for anyone looking for Chartered status. Each project is bespoke. We are looking for innovative and dedicated Control Engineers who are keen to use their skills to their full potential. Thanks to a high increase in workload, this world-leading supplier has immediate requirements for 4 Control Systems Engineers who are competent with Rockwell or Siemens PLC software.

Responsibilities:

• PLC Programming – writing & developing code.
• Systems use Rockwell & Siemens
• Development of structured ladder logic, statement list, and function blocks.
• Set-up of system communications & drives, particularly AC/DC inverters.
• Perform testing & validation of hardware/software systems.
• On-site commissioning of new systems both in the UK and worldwide, including customer training.
• Development of robot software (training available).
• Remote customer support - fault finding and diagnostics.

Qualifications - Degree qualification (BTEC with significant controls experience will be considered).

Required Skills - Experienced in PLC system design & programming, Rockwell (Allen Bradley) or Siemens.

Travel - You MUST be flexible for international travel. All Engineers are expected to spend 3-4 periods per year on-site, for 3-4 weeks at a time.

Skills - PLC Programming - SCADA Integration - Robot Programming.
