Job Title: Contracts Manager / Supervisor - Industrial Roofing & Cladding
Location: Gloucester-based with Nationwide Travel
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About Us:
We are a specialist contractor in the industrial roofing and cladding sector, delivering high-performance solutions across manufacturing, logistics, and commercial projects throughout the UK. With a strong pipeline of secured work, we are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager/Supervisor to oversee multiple projects and ensure smooth, efficient delivery on site.

The Role:
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for managing and supervising industrial roofing and cladding projects from pre-start through to completion. This is a hands-on, site-focused role that requires a strong understanding of roofing systems, coordination with internal teams and subcontractors, and regular travel to sites nationwide. While the role is Gloucester-based, nationwide travel is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise roofing and cladding installation works on multiple sites
2. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
3. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to required specifications
4. Monitor programme, quality control, and H&S compliance
5. Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal departments
6. Attend site meetings and provide regular progress reports
7. Support the project team with material call-offs, logistics, and issue resolution
8. Conduct site inspections and ensure documentation is completed accurately

Requirements:

1. Experience in industrial roofing and cladding project delivery
2. Strong knowledge of roofing systems (built-up, single ply, composite, etc.)
3. SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and full UK driving licence
4. Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on-site
5. Strong organisational and communication skills
6. Flexible to travel and stay away as required
