Contracts Manager - TMT

Job Description

We’re working with a household-name business in the telecoms and tech space, looking for a commercially-minded Contracts Manager to join their legal team.

The business operates across multiple markets globally and is at the forefront of digital innovation – with a mix of telecoms, data, media, and software projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts including software licences, framework agreements, NDAs, data licences, consultancy agreements and more
• Supporting the in-house legal team with GDPR-related documentation (DPAs, SCCs etc.)
• Working closely with internal branding, tech, and procurement teams
• Helping improve internal contract processes and supporting junior legal team members where needed
• Collaborating across functions in a fast-paced and ever-evolving commercial environment

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience as a Contracts Manager, Legal Executive or Commercial Paralegal in a fast-paced in-house setting
• Exposure to telecoms, tech, or media industries would be ideal
• Someone confident with contracts but collaborative in approach – this is a team that values partnership and pragmatism
