Remote - with regular travel to sites

Are you a Contracts Manager or similar from a Roofing / Cladding background looking for an autonomous, remote role where you will undertake end-to-end project work on high-end projects within a well-established contracting group who pride themselves on the ongoing development of staff and offer a bonus to increase your earnings?

This well-established group of contractors work across a broad range of sectors and have built a broad client base across numerous industries since their establishment over 70 years ago. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are looking for a new Contracts Manager to join their Roofing & Cladding division.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for seeing roofing projects from inception through to completion, primarily within the logistics sector and averaging around £1m-£2m in size. You will be closely working with clients, stakeholders, and site teams and be responsible for on-time and within-budget delivery as you work primarily remotely with some site visitation nationwide and occasional staying away.

This varied role would suit a Contracts Manager or similar from a Roofing / Cladding background looking for an autonomous role working on a range of projects within a leading company who offer flexible working and a bonus to increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Lead varied Roofing and Cladding projects and oversee contracts varying in scope and scale
• Work within the PM team and liaise closely with the cost management team, stakeholders, and clients
• Responsible for delivery on time and within budget
• Remote role - regular travel to sites around the UK
