Contracts Manager/Project Manager (Civil/Construction)

60,000- 65,000 + Training + Progression + Company Car + Pension

In this role, you will be responsible for both estimating and pricing of contracts as well as the preparation and measurement of stage payment claims. You will also be responsible for setting out the site alongside surveying and levelling. In addition, you will also manage personnel and resources, whilst implementing the health and safety policy.

The role:

• Estimating and pricing of contracts
• Setting out and surveying sites
• Manage personnel and resources

The person:

• Background in Civil/Construction Engineering
• Knowledge of CAD
• Understanding levels and Site Management experience
