Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000

The role of Contracts Manager - Fit-Out will involve:

1. Managing all aspects of the contracts from the tender stage to completion.
2. Monitoring all site activity; organising site workers, collating risk assessments and conducting health and safety checks.
3. Organising the ordering and delivery of materials and plant needed on site, ensuring timely arrival.
4. Keeping all works moving smoothly and ensuring project deadlines are adhered to while maintaining project cost plans.
5. Liaising with clients and providing project reports.
6. Attending pre-contract and progress meetings with clients as required.
7. Maintaining a good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation.
8. Electronically documenting all contract-related correspondence, identifying and recording progress and problems.
9. Travelling to site as required to attend project meetings (Nationwide).

The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager - Fit-Out with:

1. Contracts Manager experience within the hospitality or leisure fit-out market sector.
2. Good technical knowledge and understanding of industry processes, materials, and costs.
3. Resilience and strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. A good team player who also works well individually.
