Job description

Contracts/Projects Manager

* Specialist Enabling Works contractor

* Demolition, cut & carve, soft strip, structural works

* Central London

* Circa £100k + bens

Brilliant opportunity to join a contractor firmly in growth mode (record workload currently). They work as a principal contractor and take on highly profitable, complex enabling works projects largely in London (zone one).

Experience as a Contracts Manager/Project Manager with enabling works/cut & carve projects is a real plus, as well as working for smaller, specialist contractors - you'll be used to wearing a few hats! Strong client-facing skills are also essential.

So, what's in it for you?

  1. Peace of mind - they're busy! To the point where they're only taking the right work on rather than anything. It means they can target the projects that suit their core skills. It also means you can sleep at night knowing you're working for a contractor that's growing and making good money.
  2. Career progression - there's no glass ceiling, and as they're growing nicely, opportunities are always coming up to broaden your role and get promoted.
  3. Job satisfaction/pride - you're at work more than you're at home (awake!), so it's far better when you enjoy what you do. When you're proud to represent the business and deliver well. This contractor looks after its staff and understands that without a strong team, there's nothing.

There's plenty to discuss, so please apply so we can arrange to talk in more detail about this opportunity.
