The Company:

Established, financially secure main contractor who have forged an excellent reputation for delivering projects of the highest specification within the Prime Residential marketplace in London and The South East. They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this prestigious sector, and have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover. Their projects include the refurbishment of large country homes and estates, new build Super Prime country residences, and the refurbishment and fit out of London townhouses and apartments. Projects range from £2m to over £80m in contract value.

The Opportunities:

1. Contracts Manager:
   £75k-£90k + full benefits package
   Contracts Manager to oversee two to three live projects from £5m to £15m in contract value. Seeking a candidate with solid experience of delivering JCT contracts and with Asta programing software. Projects based in Bucks, Berks, Oxon and Hants.
2. Site Manager:
   £55k-£65k + full benefits package
   Site Manager to work on a c. £10m prime residential refurbishment project in Bucks. Experience of delivering prime residential schemes is prerequisite. The successful candidates will be working with some of the country's best subcontractors, consultants and architects delivering projects of the highest quality. Our client is seeking candidates with stable career histories and experience managing high-quality residential refurbishment/build projects.
