Contracts Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of a general building construction company

This role requires a proactive approach to managing projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and optimising contract performance whilst maintaining a high level of health and safety across multiple sites.

Duties

• Plan and programme our labour resource with other site mangers
• Have the ability to procure specialist labour when needed
• Maintain a strong relationship with clients and progress the relationships
• Have a proactive and solution finding approach to all aspects of the job
• Have extensive problem solving skills of all aspects of construction
• Manage up to 4 site managers across various contracts
• Assist with variations and estimating where necessary
• Work alongside commercial manger and QS
• Review and manage site safety and quality
• Experience required in delivering successful construction projects too tight time and budget constraints.
• Experience with social housing and high end clients

Requirements

• Full Drivers license
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Ability to works 7.30am - 5pm weekdays
• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
