£45,000 - £50,000 plus car allowance and bonus

Summary

We are looking for a Contracts Manager in the North London area. Working from home, you will be managing a directly employed trades team who are dealing with insurance reinstatement projects across the region.

You will ideally reside in one of the following postcodes: RM, E, IG, SS.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the trades team.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
4. Handle contracts and negotiations related to projects.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager.
2. Strong understanding of construction and insurance processes.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
