Senior Contracts Manager - East Midlands

Senior Contracts Manager - a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Senior Contracts Manager to join their growing operations team delivering Design & Build projects across the Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Contracts Manager to join a highly successful contractor delivering commercial, education, MOD, multi-room, leisure and sports projects ranging from £10m to £50m.

In this role you will generally be responsible for two live projects and support the pre-construction team in the tender process to secure new projects.

Requirements:
- Experience delivering D&B projects as a Contracts Manager
- Experience managing clients and project stakeholders
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Managing clients to ensure expectations are being met
- Ensure works are being delivered to programme
- Support site delivery teams across two sites
- Provide technical expertise for new tenders

The Package:
- Basic salary of £80,000 - £84,000
- Company Car or Car Allowance
- Bonus Scheme up to 10%
- Private medical insurance

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Contracts Manager to delivering multiple D&B projects of £5m+ simultaneously.
