Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location: Leeds

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000

Are you an experienced contracts manager with a track record of delivering planned work contracts within social housing? Are you passionate about adding social value to your clients and community within your area of work?

We are working with an established property services organisation that is looking for a contracts manager for the delivery of planned works and refurbishments of social housing properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of site managers to deliver refurbishment and planned works.
  • Manage all site personnel, including sub-contractors.
  • Ensure that works are undertaken in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Attend monthly meetings to review performance and plan future works.
Minimum Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 minimum in construction management or equivalent.
  • Current SMSTS certification.
  • Managerial experience within social housing.
  • Full UK driver's licence for regular site travel.
