Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing and delivering planned maintenance contracts within the social housing sector
  2. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
  4. Overseeing site operations and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  5. Problem-solving and resolving issues that arise during project execution
  6. Managing budgets, cost control, and ensuring financial performance aligns with company objectives
  7. Leading and mentoring project teams to achieve project success
