Contracts Manager | Architectural Metalwork | North London

Up to £75,000 plus travel allowance, health, pension & bonus

Our client is a well-established specialist in the field of architectural metalwork and structural steel for the commercial building sector. They have a new opening for a Contracts Manager to join their team. This role would suit someone who has had prior exposure to an allied business such as curtain walling, structural steel, or architectural metalwork in a Contracts Management capacity in the UK.

They have a diverse client base with projects in the aviation, transport, commercial, and education sectors across London and the Southern Home Counties.

As a small to medium enterprise, you will be involved in various aspects of the business and will initially work closely with the estimating and commercial team, visiting sites, meeting clients, and managing projects from project award. A professional and methodical approach to your work is key; in addition, you will be computer literate and proficient with Outlook and Excel.

A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL
