Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Office based in Coventry
Regular site visits required
Must be prepared for UK-wide travel
Salary & Benefits: GBP50,000-GBP60,000 per annum plus car allowance
Projects: Fit-out and refurbishment projects
Predominantly commercial projects, with some work in industrial environments
- Oversee health and safety compliance across projects
- Liaise directly with clients and attend client meetings to foster relationships and ensure project alignment
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports detailing project progress and updates
- Manage and oversee 2-3 projects simultaneously
- 4+ years at Contracts Manager level
- Based in the Midlands
- Happy to visit sites UK wide
- Office, Commercial, Industrial project experience
