Location: Lutterworth – Nationwide Travel
Salary: £50,000+ per annum (DOE) + Generous Performance Bonus
Job Type: Full Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday

Your Role at a Glance

• Oversee full lifecycle M&E contracts—from design through to handover
• Manage budgets, programmes, and compliance across nationwide projects
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure success
• Ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery of every project
• Bring your healthcare sector experience to elevate care environments

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years’ experience managing Care Home/Healthcare M&E projects
• Solid knowledge of UK M&E standards (BS 7671, HTM, CIBSE, etc.)
• Confident communicator, strong negotiator, and a proactive problem-solver
• Comfortable managing £100k–£2M project values
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
