Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Office based in Coventry
Regular site visits required
Must be prepared for UK-wide travel
Salary & Benefits: £50,000-£60,000 per annum plus car allowance
Projects: Fit-out and refurbishment projects
Predominantly commercial projects, with some work in industrial environments.
- Oversee health and safety compliance across projects.
- Liaise directly with clients and attend client meetings to foster relationships and ensure project alignment.
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports detailing project progress and updates.
- Manage and oversee 2-3 projects simultaneously.
- 4+ years at Contracts Manager level.
- Based in the Midlands.
- Happy to visit sites UK wide.
- Office, Commercial, Industrial project experience.
