Contracts Manager

Location: Clitheroe

Salary: £50,000

Construo Recruitment are recruiting a Contracts Manager for a well-established name in the construction industry, specialising in roofing, cladding, metal systems, and coatings. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality solutions across various sectors, ensuring durability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

They are now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage multiple roofing and cladding projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage roofing & cladding contracts from start to finish.
2. Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and client specifications.
3. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
4. Monitor project progress, budgets, and risk management.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
6. Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
7. Handle contract negotiations, variations, and dispute resolution.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the roofing and cladding industry, with a focus on metal systems and coatings.
2. Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding services, legislation, and best practices.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong financial acumen and contract management expertise.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
7. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Roofing, or a related field (preferred).
