Role Overview: My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team based in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will oversee retail and commercial fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of retail and commercial fit-out projects ranging from GBP100K to GBP500K.
2. Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and industry regulations.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
4. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
5. Conduct site visits nationwide to oversee project delivery and address any issues that arise.
6. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
7. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and subcontractors.
8. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
9. Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are met on-site.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Contracts Manager in the fit-out industry.
2. Proven track record in managing retail and commercial projects within the GBP100K - GBP500K range.
3. Methodical and detail-oriented approach to work.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
7. Willingness to travel nationwide for site visits.
