A highly reputable Local Authority in the South West is seeking a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join their friendly team for an initial 3-6 month period with the potential for extension.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer with experience of working within local authority to join a friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities for the Contracts Lawyer will include but are not limited to:

1. Contracts for goods and services
2. Works contracts (JCT/ NEC)
3. Framework agreements
4. Grant agreements
5. Shared services arrangements
6. Advice on procurement and subsidy control
