You’ll provide exceptional administrative support for WorkNest's current clients, renewal processes, organic growth, and new business opportunities. You’ll also be responsible for keeping client information accurate and up-to-date within WorkNest's systems, helping to create an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the client lifecycle. This position is crucial for maintaining precise, current, and valuable client data, allowing our service delivery teams to understand customer needs thoroughly and deliver all essential service components effectively.
