Job description

MBN Solutions are looking to hire an exceptional and experienced Contract recruiter to lead and build their contract business focusing on the Data, AI and Technology contract market.

There is a double digit contract book that you will be responsible for growing and you'll have unrestricted access to all of MBN's current client base to be able to grow it quickly. However, we are looking for someone who is driven by and capable of winning new business too.

You'll have a clear progression route to Contracts Director and we're looking for someone with the ambition to build a contracts business not just locally but eventually globally.

We already have an experienced team of Recruiters on perm and you will benefit from their existing client relationships.

As a successful Contract Recruiter you will already know what's involved in the day to day but here is a snapshot:

  • Picking up the phone - most of your day will be spent talking to contractors or clients, current and prospective, so we need someone who genuinely likes to speak to people - not just email.
  • Building strong talent pipelines and keeping them fresh to be able to quickly and successfully fill each client's requirements.
  • Networking and building your personal brand - become the "go to" contract recruiter in your market.
  • Understand your activity ratios and personal targets - we are an adult environment and want you to know what you need to do to be successful.
  • Support and mentor new talent into the business - be excited to work with other brilliant recruiters.
  • Podcasts, roundtables and events - we want you to promote yourself and MBN Solutions across a number of platforms. We welcome your ideas!
