Are you an experienced Marine Electrician looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leader in the marine and defence sector, is searching for a skilled professional to join their team in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge marine projects, carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vessels.

Your Role:

1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on vessels
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently
3. Work with control panels, wiring, power distribution, and navigation systems
4. Ensure all work meets safety standards and marine regulations
5. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality solutions

What You Bring:

1. Proven experience as a Marine Electrician (defence, commercial, or leisure vessels)
2. Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems and regulations
3. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
4. Experience with power distribution, control systems, and navigation electronics
5. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
